• Your service fee is reflective of the meticulous quality and completion of the job. It is important to clarify that discounts cannot be offered based on variations in the speed of completion, as we prioritize fairness in our pricing structure.

• Our service scope excludes cleaning of outdoor areas, handling biohazards, or working on machinery such as washing machines. We appreciate your understanding of these limitations.

• While we can provide an estimate for the service duration, it’s essential to acknowledge that the actual appointment length may vary. Your patience and understanding in this matter are highly valued.

• For efficient service, we kindly request that any junk removal exceeding a few regular-sized trash bags be addressed prior to our cleaning session.

• To streamline the cleaning process, we recommend emptying cabinets and defrosting freezers before the service, if applicable.

• Our cleaning team will arrive fully equipped with all necessary supplies. However, should you prefer specific products, please leave them on the premises with clear usage instructions. It’s important to note that the cleaning price remains consistent, irrespective of the source of the cleaning products (Client/Cleaner).

• Please be aware that our cleaners won’t be equipped with a step stool or ladder. If there are high or out-of-reach areas you’d like cleaned, we kindly request your assistance in providing a safe means of access. Your safety and satisfaction are paramount to us.
