Cleanliness Ratings
The condition of your home is crucial for providing an accurate quote and time estimate, ensuring our cleaners can deliver excellent service. Here's how we assess home conditions:
Cleanliness Level 1: Homes at this level are cleaned daily and have minimal dirt, dust, or grime. It’s extremely rare for a home to be classified as Level 1. These homes require only a small amount of time and attention from our cleaners and are considered exceptionally clean.
Cleanliness Level 2: These homes are usually cleaned weekly and have a normal amount of dust and buildup. Many of our clients’ homes fall into this category. These homes are considered average in terms of cleanliness.
Cleanliness Level 3: Typically cleaned every few weeks to a month, these homes require thorough vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing. Bathrooms tend to be quite grimy, and there is a significant dust buildup. These homes are fairly dirty and need a deep cleaning to restore them to a high standard.
Cleanliness Level 4: Homes in this category are cleaned every few months, if at all, and have substantial dust and dirt accumulation. Often housing pets and children, these homes are considerably messier. They require a heavy-duty deep cleaning, are priced higher, and take more time to clean. These homes are considered very dirty.
Cleanliness Level 5: Homes at this level typically need demolition or insect extermination and may contain biohazards like feces, urine, blood, or pests. These homes are extremely dirty and pose potential health and safety risks for our cleaners. Consequently, we generally do not send our cleaners to these homes.
